"Looks cool, but kind of a letdown"
It looks nice at first glance, but once I actually used it, it just felt cheap. The design isn’t very practical either, so I ended up having to fiddle with it more than I should have. i don’t want to do extra work just to use something that should be simple.

"Confused by the website and no support reply"
I reached out to support and waited several days, but still haven’t heard anything back. What makes it more confusing is that the website says one thing, but my experience has been totally different. I was expecting some kind of update or help by now, so it’s been frustrating

"Order was correct, but the packaging could use work"
I got exactly what I ordered, so no complaints there. The packaging was a little disappointing though, the box showed up kind of crushed. Luckily nothing inside was damaged, but you’d think it’d be packed a bit better to handle normal shipping.

"Fit much smaller than my usual size"
I ordered the size I normally wear in pretty much every other brand, but this one fit completely differently. It felt awkward and way too tight, especially compared to similar items I own. I was really hoping it would work out, but the sizing was just off for me

"Decent overall, but a bit pricey"
It’s not bad and I got some use out of it, but for the price I was expecting a little more. I also wish the instructions were clearer, because I had to figure out a few things on my own. Overall, it’s decent, just feels a little expensive for what you get...

"Shipping had me a little worried"
It did finally arrive, but the shipping took longer than I expected. I’ll be honest, after a while I started worrying I’d been fooled or that it wasn’t actually coming. Thankfully it showed up in the end.
